When you fill in a form on this website (on the homepage, Services, Contact, or the free consultation page), we collect the details you choose to share, which may include your name, phone/WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in, and any message you write.

We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily share in your message.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to schedule a consultation or session.
To send you information you've asked for (such as details about a service or the book).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

How it's handled

Form submissions on this site are sent using EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service, to Dr. Yoogyta Arora's inbox. If EmailJS is not yet configured, your details may instead be shared with us directly over WhatsApp, when the form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message for you to send. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

This site uses your browser's local session storage only to remember that you've already seen the pop-up enquiry form during your visit — this is not used for tracking or advertising, and no cookies are set for marketing purposes.

Your consultations

What you share with Dr. Yoogyta Arora during a consultation — by phone, WhatsApp, video call, or in person — is kept confidential, consistent with the private, judgement-free nature of the sessions offered on this site.
