Free 30-minute consultation

The 30-minute consultation offered on this site is free of charge, so no payment or refund is involved. If you need to reschedule, please message us on WhatsApp as early as possible so the time slot can be offered to someone else.

Paid sessions

Fees for any paid session, once introduced, will be shared clearly with you before you confirm a booking. In general:

• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a paid session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, at no extra cost, subject to availability.
• Late cancellation or no-show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or a no-show, may not be eligible for a refund or a free reschedule.
• Refunds: Once a session has been conducted, it is not eligible for a refund. If Dr. Yoogyta Arora needs to cancel or reschedule a session from her end, you will be offered a full reschedule or refund, your choice.

The book

If the book The Magic of the Deck is purchased through a third-party platform (such as a bookstore or marketplace), that platform's own return and refund policy will apply.
